I bought this PSU to replace the original PSU that came with RPi and Asus Tinker Board. My field of use is Software Define Radio. In this field we Always need to use linear Power supplies, because of the RFI that comes with swithing Power supplies. We also need to give the single board computer somewhat higher voltage than 5.0 V, when a Micro-usb connector is used. One of the 2 units I got can adjust the voltage to 5.2 V, while the other one maxes out at 5.12 V. Anyway it works, without RFI and without the computer throttling down due to too low voltage. I can even run SDRs on all 4 USB-ports and not use a USB hub in between to care for the Power supply of the radios.
One month after arrival, I used two times.The voltage LED is no longer displayed. I think the quality is not good. I checked it. The board is bent and it seems to be in contact with the case, and I'm afraid of electrical leakage.
