the product didn't arrived and the seller isn't responding

The juicer worked for the first 2 days then stopped working after that. I am in contact with seller to return the product and awaiting his decision regarding my request that he pays for the return shipping cost. I must add that the customer service was excellent and they shipped out the item very quickly and I received the machine within 2 weeks. This is the fastest delivery experienced from all my purchases through AliExpress.
