The dimmer start slow on point 3. The dimmer give a flash by pushing the button. The dimmer start not from 0 but start at 3 and go to 4 the dimmer set the lamp fast on/off. Yes, the dimmer set the light down but not how it must work like a dimmer must do. Sending mail, awser back, it’s not the dimmer but the lamp. I have try several lamps, all the same.
After communication they say, it’s not from the dimmer: 1. The flash when I push the bottom. 2. Flikkering at point 3. 3. Start dimming just before 3 and stop at point 4. 4. Several led lamps tested, all the same. 5. Problem is not the lamps, but the dimmer is bad.

I'm using this dimmer for dimming 3 LED spots and it works fine.
