The lights arrived in working condition but the lights were very poorly packed in a light corrugated cardboard box with two layers of bubble wrap for the only protection. The way they were packed caused the power cords to be bent at a right angle where they exited the light fitting. Both lights had loose bolts inside the light and when moved something moves inside the lights.
