Everything works as expected
The head unit was different to the one in the order. Seller advised this was the case, but only after they marked the item as dispatched.
WARNING very slow shipping. Unhelpful customer support amounting to just telling you to wait. AliExpress will promise to help, but effectively will do nothing but continue to promise and give dates they then do nothing on. The item was shipped with a smaller display. Seller advised of this, but not until after they claimed to have shipped. Eventually arrived after over two months via a hub in Holland (I assume freight processing). It was simply shipped in a plastic bag and inevitably the mounting plate at one end was bent. I haven’t tested since I bought another one in the interval so I could use my bike. The only recourse offered is to return the goods which would cost ME 80% of the purchase price. Doubtless I’d need to wait then for a refund which would recoup me less than £8. This appalling transaction means once my outstanding orders via AliExpress are complete, I will delete the app. It is designed to push goods and to obstruct any potential for support should anything go wrong.
