THE SELLER IS CHEATER!! I ordered Led Strip with express shipment (ePacket) with guaranteed delivery in 2 weeks (check EMS China web site). After I have not received in one month I asked seller for refund. Seller ask me to wait 10 days more and then he promised me to refund. After 10 days seller told me he cannot provide me refund and I have to wait 10 more days, then again and again.. So, right now it is more than 91 days passed and I have nothing in my possession: not the item, not the money. THE SELLER IS CHEATER! AVOID TO DEAL WITH THIS SELLER!
So, in the dispute details you can clearly see that seller offer me to accept "no refund" and it is more than 91 days passed since my order in Oct 19, 2020. Today is January 18, 2021.
