The lamp arrived in Amsterdam in three weeks. Packed very well. Everything recieved whole. The seller answered my questions well. The electric wiring is ok. Included EU plug, timer, 2 tube lamps and a holder for lamps. When started, the lights start and give Ultra Violet light, which kills bugs. WARNING. Do no look into light, not even with eyes closed. UV can damage human eyes. Keep out of reach of children. The lamps give of ozon, I could smell it. Ozon will also kill bugs. So this is perfect for sterilizing rooms in the house and hotels. Should be bought with a timer, so you have time to go away before the lamp starts. Please make sure nobody can go into the room. Keep out your pets. so, good device against bed bugs, cockroach and mites. Oh, and of course any lamp is easy to break.
Very bad quality product. I got it in bad package and one bulb didn't work (the problem was in the lamp itself) and I didn't get any refund for that.
