Wood for table was splintered and plastic parts were all broken apart.

Bell knife was chipped so bad in multiple places and had to spend a long time to get them out. Even though seller promised specific presser feet, they did not send it. Seller didn't bother to correct or refund any of the mistakes -- in fact, they tried to make me BUY new ones to correct their mistake.
