Very pleased with this spot welder and was surprised to find that it is equipped with the solenoid tip retractor, meaning a foot pedal isn't required. Simply touching the item to be welded retracts the tip while at the same time releasing current creating the momentary arc. This is a spot type welder not continuous like a TIG. Comes with spare tips and everything you need to get started except a gas bottle. If you want to do brazing you'll need to obtain filler rods. Pretty fast delivery to the UK too. The only thing - instructions in Chinese. I took a picture and uploaded it to a free online OCR translator, which took 5 minutes.

The item that was sent to me was one in which the handpiece did not work from the beginning. The store did not try to respond appropriately and went into a dispute. I bought a defective handpiece from another store for a partial refund, but it didn't work from the beginning. After all, I gave up using it and fell asleep. This item should not be bought.
