The product is well packaged and arrived undamaged. The one-page manual is unfortunately only in Chinese. The performance is very disappointing. The maximum water temperature is only reached with a very small flow rate, enough to wash your hands, but not enough to fill a sink to do the dishes. I don't think it's suitable for use in the kitchen, although it's recommended. The delivery by DHL is disappointing. The shipment to Belgium took two weeks despite the high shipping costs.
