Really not a good fan speed control due two very bad mistakes: 1) If you turn on the button by rotating, the device has full perfomance and when you go on with the rotation, the performance decreases. This is illogical. The device shoud have the lowest performance after turning on and the performance should grow by going on with the rotation. 2) you can control the performance between about 100% and 60% and it's really not enough.
