Actually I'm quite happy with it. It did look the same as the video shown, also it does get quite hot quickly. It comes with extra compartments and some light metal chopsticks and a spoon. which feel a bit fake to me. maybe because I'm use to the heavy spoons at home. the down side is that it needs to be plugged in to use. when I watched the promo video it showed that it was wireless. I was under the assumption that it was rechargeable. so when I go to work I'm just the odd one having to plug in my lunch box in front of my co workers. just feels like I'm stealing electricity.
