I have not yet installed the water sterilizer, but it looks to be exactly as described. It was exceptionally well packaged. Shipping was very fast. 5*
Packed very carefully and thoroughly in multiple layers (plastic envelope, fairly thick foam rubber, hard cardboard box, bubble wrap AND cardboard tubes for the bulbs) so it arrived very safely and with so much tape there is no chance it would open by accident. Clearly the seller made a thorough effort when shipping. I haven't tried the item in use yet, but it looks as described and seems solid and strong. It took two whole months to receive (the estimated was 19-31 days), so I was really wondering if it was lost or what was going on. But according to the tracking the seller sent it after just 2 days, so the problem was the 48 day wait from departing China to arriving Norway, which is not the seller's fault (corona). I might add feedback when I try it. For now it seems good and I'm happy with it!
