When the camera arrived, it mostly worked, but the menus it overlayed (on an older monitor) were garbled. The seller provided a firmware update file with no instructions, which did nothing. Then they had me rename the file, and the camera loaded it... and bricked itself. It will no longer power on. So now I'm paying shipping back to China (a third of the cost of the camera) to get a refund. I believe the seller provided the wrong firmware for this camera, but as the camera will no longer power on, I can't load any other firmware to fix it. Not a satisfying transaction. If camera had worked as expected, everything would have been fine.
