Shipment was too slow. I understand its because of the pandamic but seller is not so responsive. Even the tracking is not well updated. It just shows still in transit. Local delivery system is very good. And i am sure i could have got the delivery attempted notice if the local delivery have attempted delivery but i didn’t . When the parcel wasn’t coming as the delivery date as shown, I contacted seller and thats when seller told me that that parcel has come back to china.(returned). I asked for resend or refund but then seller stopped communication and not refund yet. Hope the customer care will take care of it. Disappointed with the seller. Not recommended.
