The size chart is incorrect. I ordered 4XL for a 3 yr old Beagle, weight 13.5kgs. According to the size chart, 4XL should fit chest size 22-24, but I measured the jacket and at the broadest point it is less than 21 inches so it does not fit my dog properly, she can't move in this so it's useless for us now. Total waste of money. No communication from the store to resolve this. Cannot go to the post office for returns during COVID-19.
