I've worn it for a few days and it's pretty comfortable! The zipper, while covered, may press against your skin uncomfortable. Especially if you're wearing a crossbody bag. There is no liner material between the outer and inner fabric. The foam cups are useful if you're wearing a thin shirt and don't want to show off your 'headlights'. They have no disintegrated from being in the washing machine. This won't double as a binder, but will keep your chest fairly flat and unmoving. It's elastic enough to breathe in, but is still tight enough to prevent discomfort. There is still some movement, especially if you are running or jogging. I would buy more of this sports bra in the future. I don't know if I would recommend this for large chested people as I have a smaller chest size.
