Ordered a different colour and real fur, the shop contacted me to let me know the colour we ordered wasn’t available so they would send us another one ...which was fine. But, when I asked if our coat would still be the real fur and I wanted to ask ‘if not could we just get a refund’ the seller read my message and ignored. The coat has arrived and the fur is terrible and there’s marks on the coat. Not happy with our order or the seller ignoring our message.
