We had two problems the first being it made a popping sound like something blew inside and turned off the power when it came back on it said can not continue file not there! I tried the memory stick in my pc it worked fine so I tried another memory stick but the printer said there was nothing on that one, something happened inside the printer now it can't read memory sticks! The second problem was the software it kept turning supports into solid objects and joining them to the model I wasted a £23 bottle of resin not a single print worked, found out it's a software problem with photon workshop wasted £23 because of buggy software! I owned an elegoo mars for almost a year never had any of theose printing problems, I've had electric go off in the past but prints always just resume on my chiron or other printers but this was not a power cut the printer tripped the mains while printing in that room only and it was the only electric item running!!
