Bought a brand new ts1000 which stopped working after 3weeks. Getting the warranty is very problematic, I’ve sent a part back to them because they promised to pay for shipping and replace the part. After I shipped the product all went silent, no return on my shipping fee and I’m left with a broken light fixture. My messages are being read but no response, been a few months now. Was forced to buy a new fixture because of this.
