Very good store I recommended for anyone
It is time I review after a good period use. It had been challenging. I am very grateful and impressed of the customer service. Thank you so much. As advised, I managed to contact my local windows CS and they guided me to update the newest windows 10 home. It is a long installation but worth it. I use this device and do a light designing editting with Affinity software and other software for printing productions. So far so good, charging speed and battery life is really good too (feel relief and hope it stays that way). I am sorry for the 1 star dropped, because of the audio speaker is really bad. Hardly hear anything. Guessed a use of ear pieces or headphones would do the trick or plug in a mini speaker. The keyboard been a pleasant using it. Isn't a perfect keyboad but a stable attachment add on. The screen display resolution isn't great compare to my Microsoft surface pro 4 but it is sufficient enough. I am looking forward using it for my book typing soon. Again thank you so much!
DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND AT ALL! POOR WORKMANSHIP! GIVE SO MANY EXCUSES AND I CANNOT STAND THE WAITING AFTER EACH EXCUSES. THE KEYBOARD IS AWFUL. HOW SLOW AND GENTLE YOU OPEN IT, THE SCREW CAME OFF AND THERE'S NO WAY TO PUT IT BACK BECAUSE THE SCREW IS SO SHORT. NOT EVEN 6MONTHS AND ALREADY GIVING ME SO MANY PROBLEMS. NOT WORTH THE PRICE AND TIME! I FEEL LIKE MY SET IS SECOND HAND FROM THE START. FEEL SO BROKEN AND USELESS, YET HAS TO LIVE WITH IT BECAUSE I LIVE OVERSEAS! NO STARS FOR THIS PRODUCT AT ALL! AND I WILL NEVER SUPPORT THIS BRAND ANYMORE! I WILL MAKE AWARENESS!
