Shipment to Austria took about 7 weeks but I was prepared for this long waiting time. The wheel came packed well and in perfect condition. The battery was already charged to 100%. After my first ride (around 30km through the hills around here) it was time for first recharge. It was then when I recognized that the charger didn't work. After sending videos about the charger's malfunction, the customer support arranged shipment of a working charger. Today (after about 2 weeks additional waiting time) the new charger arrived and I'm now able to recharge my wheel. This is my second wheel I've bought from this shop and I can absolutely recommend these guys for great customer support! Martin
It finally arrived. I awaited for a month and two weeks while being patient. The seller was very helpful and notified me right away. I'm so happy that the RS and rest of the items are clean and in good condition. I can't wait to start my journey on this wheel. One of the best investments I ever made on this site.
