The wheel made a whirring on/off fan sound and still does when i turn it on. The seller said they would contact Gotway but never got back to me. Shipping time was quite quick, about 5 weeks. I'd recommend getting power pads with this wheel as its not as torquey as smaller wheels... Including braking. Overall good service but usual Gotway issues that you need to be prepared to fix when the wheel arrives.
