The product is as described but i had problem on the line lay on the spool, as i am fillinf it with braid lumps are forming and coming bigger as i put more braid. i tried to contact them but no feedback came from them they just told me it is up to me, i told them i will open dispute and had to return the product and then told me that i am not a good man!! i tried to communicate but itis as if i am on my own to deal with the problem of the product!
