I took it according to the table and consultations with the seller (height 176 cm, weight 83 kg, shoulder 51cm, chest 105 cm) , in the end we have a little bit short in length ... a bit too small in the chest if you stretch your arms back a little ... so i think i should by +1 size at table ...
