Shipping got delayed by pandemic so not really the fault of the seller. The frame was well packed and arrived intact even with a slightly damaged outer box. Communication with the seller was quick and clear during the whole process. The quality of the frame looks excellent. Assembly went without issues. The custom paint job is well done according to the drawing they prepared on our request. Now it is time to ride and see how the new gravel bike handles!

Very happy with this frameset. Arrived quickly via DPD. Took two weeks to paint and ship then less than two weeks to deliver. Really good paint finish and no rough edges or build issues. The BSA bottom bracket took a standard Shimano road bottom bracket and was accurately machined. I built a Shimano GRX gravel bike with Mavic Allroad wheels and SRAM 10-42 rear cassette (420% gear range). Rides very well, front end is stiff and so steers accurately. The slim slightly curved rear stays absorb enough bumps to make long gravel rides comfortable. My tyres are 40mm wide and there is loads of clearance, I would happily put 45mm wide tyres on it.
