Product never arrived. Moreover, it failed to leave the country of seller and I acknowledged that only when I checked the tracking number. Turned out the package wasn’t sent and I didn’t know that for more than two weeks. Should I mention that seller never bothered to message me or send any sort of note regarding this issues? Of course not. Very poor customer service. However, I’ve opened the dispute and it was resolved very quickly. Seller returned the money. So I didn’t have any negative experience in fighting over the payment.
