as a big man I found they fit funny, the legs were tight but the waistband was quite loose, they seem really long in the inseam and you have to pull them up to just under your belly button, not where I wear any of my underwear, to have your balls and penis be in the correct position, I found the penis pouch to be quite large, and the ball pouch to be too small.
