The quality looks good, in various reviews they said that it's one of the best tents - i agree. Only bottom of the inner tent is thick, so it will be prone to easily damage it. But other joins are decent. I didn't need to communicate with seller.

Order was shipped very quickly. Shipping took a little longer than normal but it's to be expected in times like these. Item was in great shape and will see many camping days in the future.
