Knob was missing, but I'll request a replacement from the seller. Dispatch time was a bit slow, but once dispatched it arrived quickly. Perfect for my use.

Packaged well. No damage. Works well but the operation guide is not accurate. Pressing and holding the button for 3 secs does not start the unit. You must press and hold for 3 secs and release. If you don't release it doesn't start/stop. A separate start and stop would probably be better.
