Due to the pandemic, the package has not arrived. As I attempted to obtain extended Buyer Protection, I did not comprehend that I was opening a dispute. The dispute was resolved with a refund to myself. I feel bad if this has affected the reputation of the seller. The delay is beyond control. The problem is the system. Logistics indicted Buyer Confirmed. I did not do so. As far as I know is no alternative to opening a dispute. This is unfair to sellers in cases when the order does eventually arrive. This has occurred with other sellers as well. It is a problem with Logistics NOT the sellers. I will update if and when the earrings arrive.
