Bad quality and delay on delivery

The motor is VERY NOISY! It has a really unpleasant noise and vibration in the whole dashboard when the motor is engaged. I have previously used non original motors but it never sounded this awful. The noise from the motor is heard even outside the car. I would probably look for a replacement as soon as possible.
