Shipped fast. Fan seems to run well but what is worrying is that the fan from a cold start spins up very slowly and "dramatically" like a slowly spooling up jet engine. Once its up to full rpm it runs well and has good airflow and is quiet. I suspect there's a very thick grease in the bearing or something but hopefully this isn't a defect and doesn't affect the fan life. I haven't tested the other fan.
