Pretty nice roof bars, however, they failed to send me the key...Had to take it to a lock smith and get them made. Pretty pathetic that they are unable to send all the required parts. I had to drive for almost an hour to find a locksmith that could make them, cost me time and money... They need to check the boxes and make sure that all the parts are included.
