The order was processed and shipped ok. When delivered and inspecting the key, I could hear something loose inside. After opening it, i saw that a large plastic tab on the body of the key's casing was snapped. This does appear to affect the keys operation or aesthetics. I've yet to have the key cut or programmed. Besides that, the key looks and feels good.
