They came in a small carrying case with an included clothes clip. Very nice. I attached the cable to my Etymotic ER4XR and the cable works well. The only problem I've noticed is that the left connector is a little loose compared to the right which sometimes causes some crackling. But that's no fault of the cable manufacturer, that's just mmcx tolerance which is never perfect. These don't have the etymotic tabbed connectors so they can rotate. But as said the right one is tight enough that it doesn't move. I am confident I can pry the little ring a little wider and tighten up the left one.
I was sent the wrong cable size and I tried to return it, but the cost of shipping to return the cable outweighs the price of the product. Other than that, it's a nice cable, but I can't use it.
