This case looks nice and the USB-C Type plug is convenient. But the advertised 5 Gbps speed is a lie. The controller board inside seems to be USB 2.0 since the speed does not exceed 40MB/s. Attached is a speedtest with this enclosure on top and a better enclosure on the bottom from Banggood. However the seller brought the parcel within 24h to the post office, which is very nice! Shipping took ~1 month but the seller has no influence on shipping time.

my initial review was wrong. The provided cable did not work so i used a slow USB-C cable from my huawei phone. Once i learned that not all Type-c cables have to be rated for 10Gbps i bought a fast one. The speed is actually much faster than my initial review. See screenshot for Details
