As described. As-is it is sufficient for verifying LED functionality, but the claimed currents are not accurate - it runs from 9V (battery included), but has no voltage regulation, so as battery runs down, the claimed currents will change over time. I added regulator, and changed out resistors to match regulated voltage, and much better.
