Fas delivery, board working. Just design is not very good - connector for button board is on the same edge as power and HDMI connector, so it is really badly placed. Anonymous manufacturer, so no way to ask for flashing details (controller seems to be RTD2660 and DDC connector pins are GND - GND - SCL - SDA) .
