They sended me an broken motor. It has a wierd clicking sound and it dosent work. I told that to kunray and they told me to go by a repair shop and they will pay the cost. I have left it to a repair shop and they told me to get in toutch with the company again because of fabric problems. I got in toutch with the seller again and he wanted me to send an video so I did, and after that he promised me to send me a new motor. At this point I was happy. But the day after he started to tell me that he wanted one more video because he could not see everything. So I sended a new video where you can see everything clear. So I did, and I thought well now there will be No more issues. But now he says that he want more video of exact same thing. He promised me 5 days ago to send the motor But he never does. If you gonna buy from this company lets pray that it works cause if there is problems they wont help you. The Worst customer experience of my life and this has only cost me time and money.
