The bearings aren't great (one was seizing and clicking) and the tensioner isn't long enough to tension the belt correctly, though the latter's easily fixed with a printed part. The bearing blocks hold the bearings at exactly the right distance, the modifications for the second z-carriage and the gears fit perfectly, and maybe most importantly the threaded rods are dead straight.
