I just opened the Postage box and every thing looks to be there. As there is no way to tell if all the nuts and bolts are there,(no parts list), I can't be 100% sure. I am happy with the Postage time. It was very quick.
The product looks great on first inspection. Dimensionally accurate parts, deburred cuts and smooth polished surface on the extrusions and the metal carriage. The carriage plate is completely flat, as it should be. Everything is oiled, smooth and anodized black. The Hiwin linear rails appear genuine and the carriages slide smoothly under own weight. Overall I'm very pleased with the first look at this product. Packaging is satisfactory but not great, it's all soft foam sheets and bubble wrap, enough to prevent scratches and small dents, but would not prevent bending if somebody stepped on the package. Avoid UPS for delivery, they are really bad. I was at home waiting for the delivery, but the driver didn't show up and reported that I wasn't at home, and didn't even try to call. I had to go and pick up the box myself from a UPS service point. I found the package badly damaged in one corner, but luckily the items inside were intact.
