This was a very painful experience. It took countless messages and haggling with the seller before I eventually got a refund - nearly 4 months after the item was paid for.
This seller was agonisingly painful to deal with. Rather than refunding, all they wanted to do was to extend the buyer protection for another 2 weeks and advise me to check with my Post Office. This was done several times. The item never arrived. The refund eventally arrived nearly 4 months after payment. I felt like a beggar begging for the refund.
