The voltage cannot be adjusted. Is the volume broken? Also, the screw of the connection terminal is stupid and cannot be used.

I use it to power my internet router with a car battery charged by a solar cell. Between day and night the input varies from 14.5 to 12.5 volts and the output remains stable between 12.2 and 12 volts. Very satisfied.
