The distance of the two power rails is wrong. It is some 41.34mm (40.69+pin 0.65), which is right in the middle of 17 and 18 holes (17*2.54=40.64mm, 18*2.54=43.18mm). How difficult is is to get this right and test it ONCE before shipping the first batch?
