I absolutely cannot recommend this seller for several reasons: * At least one of the two chips I have ordered is definitely not NEW (contrary to what the description says). There are major scratches and burrs on the case, and some gooey gunk on some of the pins. * The two chips I received have entirely different markings on the top (different logo size, different font; see photo for details). When buying NEW devices, I expect all of them to look the same. * The chips were not properly packaged to avoid damage. Instead, they were simply wrapped in some bubble wrap and put in a padded envelope, with no protection to the pins whatsoever. As visible in the photo, many of the pins have been bent. Shipping times were acceptable: Order placed on 19 October, shipped 20 October, items delivered (to Germany) on 13 November.
