product works as expected. i ordered 3 chips and all of them worked fine. however, i cannot say if they have the bootloader on them or not since i do not have crystals and could not get any flashing or serial monitor output (assuming they had the blink sketch preloaded), but worked after i ran "Burn Bootloader" using the "Arduino as ISP" and uploaded the blink sketch. After that, i'm using the RX/TX lines to reprogram them just fine.
