In the beginning they lit up fine, but after a week or two, they suddenly got dimmer. They also get quite hot and I think that affected the contacts on the bottom, when I twitch them a bit, the led's get brighter again. The casing is made of a soft plastic, which makes me concerned about the longevity of the plastic in combination with the heat, but that may not be a problem. Also, when I compare two of the bulbs, one of them emit light that is ever so slightly more yellow than the other one. I think the bulbs have a nice, small, multidirectional design, but I had quite some issues with them, so in the end I replaced them with older 12v halogen bulbs which looked a 100 times better.
I have to correct myself regarding something I mentioned: The soft plastic does not cause long term problems when exposed to heat, the other problems I was facing are still valid.
