It is not a quick coupling it is a treaded (screw) coupling. Since no documents, not sure the plastic cover can stand hydraulic pressure. I ordered 2 sets, so I may plug male into female to close the loop when removing the equipment. The shipping cost make less attractive compared with reel quick coupling localy buy
