1. Transportation The product arrived on time with no problems. 2. Driver I'm using Windows 10 pro, but I had a hard time finding the driver. I would like to see a LINK to the driver from the manufacturer of the conversion chip. 3. Product The product I ordered is an interface that converts from USB to RS-232. However, what I received was something that converts to TTL LEVEL. As you can see in the picture, the output is 0-5V. It's a shame that this product can't be used for RS-232. Please specify in the product description that it is for TTL.
